Privacy Policy

Siraad Learn (learn.siraad.net) offers online courses provided by Siraad Digital Group (“we”). This policy explains in plain words what information is used, where it is kept and what you can do about it.

1. Who is responsible

Siraad Digital Group is responsible for Siraad Learn. Questions or requests about your data: legal@siraad.net.

2. What is stored

Your full name and email address, which you enter before starting a course.
Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms.
Your course progress: completed modules and labs, quiz and exam answers, scores and your certificate ID.
Your settings, such as language and theme.

3. Where it is stored

During the current pilot, all of the information above is stored only in your browser on your own device. It is not sent to us automatically, and we cannot see it. If you clear your browser data, use a private window or change device, it is not carried over.

Coming later: optional accounts, so you can keep your progress across devices and receive a verifiable certificate. We will update this policy and tell you on the site before anything is stored on our servers.

4. When information reaches us

Only if you choose to send it — for example by tapping a button that opens your own email app with your completion record (name, email, score, certificate ID), or by emailing us.
We use what you send only to confirm your course completion and to answer you, and delete it when it is no longer needed for that.

5. Voice narration

Where a course reads text aloud, it uses the speech feature built into your own device and browser. No audio is recorded or sent to us.

6. Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any website host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Google Fonts: the pages load their typefaces from Google’s servers, so your browser contacts Google and shares your IP address. We plan to host the fonts ourselves to remove this.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics tools, and we never sell your data.

7. Legal basis

We process this information to provide the course you asked for and, where you send us your record, because you chose to.

8. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, and to object. Because course data is stored on your own device, you can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. For anything we hold (such as emails you sent us), contact legal@siraad.net — we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, www.imy.se).

9. Age

Siraad Learn is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 is using the site, please contact us.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date above. For important changes — such as introducing accounts or payments — we will tell you on the site before they take effect.
